RGPD – information from Lexur Consultores SL (hereinafter Lexur)
On May 25, 2018, Europe will have a new common regulation on the processing of personal data when the new EU regulation GDPR, (General Data Protection Regulation) called the data protection regulation, comes into force. The objective of the new legislation is to strengthen the protection of people’s personal data.
The person responsible for the processing of personal data of clients/clients (hereinafter client) is the signatory José García-Valdecasas.
The name and email address, postal address and telephone number are only stored for the time necessary for Lexur to carry out the order and provide the customer with the definitive advice for which Lexur is responsible.
The social security number and organization number are only used when the client has ended a dispute, that is, they are required to be entered when submitting a subpoena or payment order request. As soon as the litigation is withdrawn or becomes legal force, the numerical data will be digitally deleted. It’s still on paper from 15 years ago at Lexur. The files are then destroyed.
Therefore, the data may be transmitted to courts and other authorities, banks, insurance companies or others with whom we cooperate to carry out tasks on our behalf. The purpose of this processing is to be able to fulfill our commitments to you as a client. Contact may be made through email, SMS, postal mail or other means.
Customers who are not the subject of a dispute receive a customer number on the invoice and it is only kept on paper for 7 years. Addressing the customer is treated in the same way.
Personal data is treated equally according to Article 6, point 1 ais of the Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data is not used in marketing, customer analysis, business and method development, statistics and risk management.
You, as a client, can contact José García-Valdecasas if you have questions about the processing of personal data and you can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. You have the right to request access to the personal data we process, correction of incorrect personal data, deletion of your personal data or restriction of processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to the portability of your data and to submit complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Data Inspectorate.
WE PROTECT YOUR INTEGRITY
Your personal data is always protected at Lexur.
